We met Jake at an Open House in September when we were just exploring the possibility of buying a condo and scheduled a “get to know you” meeting. In the conversation, we mentioned we liked The Coronado, but there was nothing currently listed. We looked at a few properties in the area, but Jake knew we belonged in The Coronado.
A few days later, he called to let us know he had found an expired listing and asked if we wanted to schedule a showing. As soon as we walked in the door, we knew that this was the right community for us. The closing was earlier this week. From the first meeting with Jake, he impressed us with his desire to find out about us and find the property that suited our lifestyle.
