2.) Start Your Pre-Sale Transformation

Once you're ready, your Compass real estate expert will help coordinate trusted vendors and contractors to begin the approved enhancements.

3.) List Your Enhanced Property

After the improvements are complete, your home is professionally marketed and listed—ready to attract more buyers and sell at its highest potential.

4.) Pay at Closing or Later

You’ll repay the Concierge funds when your home sells, your listing agreement ends, or 12 months from project start—whichever comes first. No interest, no fees.*
