Jake Kennedy’s passion is helping people find the right home for them and navigating the sometimes overwhelming process of buying or selling a home. He honed his skills in the art of negotiation during an 18 year career as a booking agent in the music industry. “I spent nearly two decades working to bring parties together to make deals that worked for everyone involved.” Choosing to buy or sell a home is a major life decision. Jake knows his job is to make the experience a smooth and enjoyable one.
 
Architecture has long been an interest, and before becoming a realtor Jake spent countless hours of free time driving Nashville on the hunt for interesting houses. He maintains a comprehensive list of Nashville’s most architecturally distinctive homes. “There are so many special houses in our great city,” Jake says. “I believe every house tells a story, and my role is helping clients add chapters to that story by finding the right real estate situation for them.”
 
Jake lives in East Nashville with his wife, young son, and a rescue dog in a renovated 1950 ranch.
